Applied workshop - Treatment of biodegradable waste by composting

Inoveco Applied Workshop

Inoveco supports education for sustainability

Inoveco continues to be actively involved in promoting solutions and environmental education by organizing events dedicated to students and future specialists in the field.

Next week, together with the Faculty of Land Improvement and Environmental Engineering in Bucharest, we are organizing an applied workshop dedicated to the topic "Treatment of biodegradable waste by composting method.

An event dedicated to the practical training of young specialists

The workshop will be held by Dr. Ing. Cristina Feodorov, Inoveco expert in the field of composting, who will present the steps in the process of transforming organic waste into compost - from the collection of biowaste and the composting of materials, to the biological process of decomposition and utilization of the resulting compost.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn how modern composting technologies work, how to monitor biological parameters and what are the economic and ecological advantages of this method of biowaste valorization.

Composting - a key solution for the circular economy

In the context of the transition to a circular economy, composting is a sustainable alternative to landfilling organic waste. By implementing these processes, the amount of waste sent to landfill is significantly reduced and soils benefit from nutrient-rich natural fertilizers.
Inoveco, through the Ecompostare by Inoveco program, offers complete technological solutions for biowaste treatment, from composting equipment to digital process monitoring systems.

Industry-academia collaboration

Through partnerships with universities and educational institutions, Inoveco aims to contribute to the development of a new generation of professionals in the field of circular economy and environmental protection.
Such initiatives help students to combine theory with practice and to understand the concrete impact of green solutions on the environment and the community.
