Wide range of colors and multiple uses

Inoveco offers protective sleeves that provide mechanical protection of finely processed surfaces during manufacture, storage and transport. Protective sleeves are used for packaging finely processed metal parts, sanitary ware and glass, ceramic or porcelain objects.

The sleeves can be delivered in a wide range of colors, with a mesh diameter between 20 and 150 mm. The meshes of the nets are rhombic with dimensions varying depending on the needs of the beneficiary. They are flexible, they easily fit around objects, they are resistant to the action of chemical agents and climatic factors. The sleeves are easy to handle, do not require additional devices for packaging.

INTERLAYERED PROTECTION MESH

  • The interlayer protective mesh protects the processed parts from the damages that may occur during storage and / or transport. 
  • This mesh separates the layers from the parts preventing contact between the processed surfaces.
  • Unlike traditional materials such as cardboard, this mesh is resistant to chemical agents. 
  • Due to its open stucco (meshes of the net) can quickly remove oil and other impurities.
  • Supplied in the standard form – roll, or flat sheet, of dimensions according to the orders.
  • The mesh can be repeatedly used providing cheap and effective protection.

  • Their open structure allows lubricants, oil and span to drain from the processed surfaces of metal parts.

  • The temperature range in which they do not lose their properties is between -40C and +80C.
