Crackstop – Patented polypropylene monofilament microfibers that reduce the appearance of cracks caused by plastic contraction and compaction, while also improving surface properties and durability after hardening of cement-based products. The fibers are extremely fine, monofilament, with a diameter of 18 microns, cut to lengths from 3.6 or 12 mm, in accordance with the requirements regarding the maximum size of the aggregates and the appearance of the surface. The fibers are coated with an active chemical agent to improve the initial dispersion and socket. Crackstop fibers are extremely fine and although slightly apparent in the plastic stage, they are not very visible on the hardened surface.

Dosage: 0.6 kg/m3

Packaging: soluble bag 0.6 kg/m3, 30 bags / box

Durus EasyFinish – Monofilament macrofibers embossed for reinforcing concrete. Durus EasyFinish synthetic synthetic fiber is extremely easy to handle and apply. The fibers come ready mixed in concrete or can be added on site – a major advantage over the steel mesh, which can be placed incorrectly, affecting quality and production programs. The fibers are inert to the atmospheric conditions, the alkalinity of the concrete and the humidity, so 100% rust-free. This ensures a long service life of the concrete structure reinforced with Durus EasyFinish fibers.

Applications: Floors, prefabricated.

Dosage: 3-5 kg / m3

Packaging: Soluble bag 2 or 3 kg

Cellulose fibres for asphalt

Innocell FG3000 – Cellulosic fibers in the form of microgranules that are used as additives with a stabilizing role in asphalt mixtures (MAS). They prevent the flow of the binder from the mineral aggregates positively influencing the stability of the asphalt mixtures used in the road field, when making bituminous clothing for new roads or rehabilitation of existing roads (highways, roads with heavy traffic, national and county roads, taxiways for cyclists, pedestrian alleys, etc.)

Packaging: Big bag 500 kg (2 big bag / pallet). On special order the product can be packed to bags from PE of 3-9 kg

Dosage: 3-5 kg / ton of asphalt mixture
