THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Graduate of the Faculty of Construction;
- Relevant experience in construction project management (at least 5 years);
- Experience in coordinating a department/department with construction activity;
- Experience in construction tendering (at least 5 years);
- PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel AutoCAD), knowledge of estimating software,
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project;
- Knowledge of construction-assembly technologies;
- Active, results-oriented person.
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level;
- Driving licence for category B.
- Willingness to travel to company sites.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops the annual objectives of the department in line with the company's strategy and development directions;
- Organizes, directs and coordinates the construction tendering activity;
- Coordinates the activities of verification of eligibility conditions and preparation of tenders;
- Follow up the identification of tendering opportunities in order to secure the required works;
- Ensures communication with the contracting authority on requests for clarification in tenders;
- Coordinates the preparation of the annual Income and Expenditure Budget at department level, based on the portfolio of contracted works and immediate contracting prospects;
- Evaluates the activities of execution of works and contracts at company level;
- Analyses the final results of the contracted works and the fulfilment of the BVC;
- Tracks the cash-flow performance of projects in execution;
- Organizes and participates in meetings with representatives of existing or potential beneficiaries in order to identify collaboration opportunities;
- Prepare and submit contract claims to the general contractor.
