Water plasticizers/reducers according to Tab.2 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® P211 is a lignosulfonate-based additive for normal-consistent concretes and waterproof concrete up to class C25/30

Base substance: lignosulfonate

Density: 1.18 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.28 – 0.42 % by cement mass

Packaging: 248 kg barrel or IBC 1180 kg

Irideplast® P is an lignosulfonate-based additive for normal-consistent concretes and waterproof concrete up to class C30/37

Base substance: lignosulfonate + PCE

Density: 1.17 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.4 – 1% of cement mass

Plug-in delays/plasticizers/water reducers according to Tab. 8 and Tab 10 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® R – Plug-in delay additive

Base substance: hydroxy-carboxylic compounds

Dosage: 0.28 – 0.68 % by cement mass

Suplastian additives / strong water reducers according to Tab.3.1 and Tab 3.2 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® SP337 – Powerful water-reducing superplasticizer additive for high-quality concretes produced in the concrete station or directly in the construction site

Base substance: lignosulfonate and naphthalensulfonate

Density: 1.18 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.59 – 1.77 % by cement mass

Conplast® SP430 – Powerful water-reducing superplasticizer additive for high-quality concretes produced in concrete or prefabricated station

Base substance: naphthalensulfonate

Density: 1.19 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.83 – 2.38 % by cement mass

Packaging: 250 kg barrel or IBC 1190 kg

Irideplast® MWR2 – Powerful water-reducing additive that allows the operation of extreme fluid concretes that do not require vibration. Allows stable concretes to be obtained by avoiding fluctuations in workability when adding small amounts of water.

Base substance: lignosulfonate and polycarboxylate ether

Density: 1.13 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.57 – 2.26 % by cement mass

Polycarbodex® HWR2 – A powerful new-generation water-reducing additive that allows concrete production without loss of workability or performance. Allows the operation of extreme fluid concretes that do not require vibration.

Base substance: Polycarboxylate ether

Density: 1.07 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0.54 – 2.14 % by cement mass

Packaging: 225 kg barrel or IBC 1070 kg

Air coach additives according to Tab.5 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® AE383 – Air coach additive used in the production of road concrete for concrete roads, bridge decks, airport runways and parking lots. The concretes obtained contain trained air which increases the resistance and durability to freeze-thaw cycles and salts used for melting ice. It can also be used in the top layer of double-layer paving to increase the duration of use of these products.

Base substance: synthetic tension-actives

Density: 1.01 kg / dmc

Dosage: 0,10 – 0,25 % by cement mass

Packaging: 60 kg canister, 210 kg barrel or IBC 1000 kg

Plug accelerator additives according to Tab.6 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® NC – Chloride-containing outlet accelerator additive. It is usually used for all sticks put into operation in cold weather up to -50C. Accelerates the socket and increases the resistance

especially in the first 24 hours after preparation

Base substance: nitrite salts

Density: 1.26 kg / dmc

Dosage: 1.26 – 3.78 % by cement mass

Packaging: barrel 265 kg or IBC 1260 kg

Mass waterproofing additives according to Tab.9 of SR EN 934-2+A1:2012

Conplast® X421 – Liquid waterproofing additive that reduces the addition of water, increases density and reduces porosity, resulting in a concrete with significantly reduced premeability. It contains no chlorides, it is stable in pre-compressed and marine concrete, it is compatible with sulphate-resistant cement and marine aggregates. It can be used in structural, prefabricated concrete, digs or plasters.

Base substance: inorganic compounds

Density: 1.09 kg / dmc

Dosage: 6.54 kg per mc of concrete

Packaging: 65 kg canister, 229 kg barrel or IBC 1090 kg

Cristex® Admix – Solid crystallization waterproofing additive. It also protects the concrete from the attack of aggressive substances for all concrete structures or not subject to hydrostatic pressure.

Dosage: 2 % by mass of cement, but not more than 7 kg per mc of concrete.

Packaging: plastic bucket 25 kg.
