THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Graduate of the Faculty of Construction;
- Relevant experience in construction project management (at least 5 years);
- PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel AutoCAD), knowledge of estimating software;
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project;
- Knowledge of construction-assembly technologies;
- Active, results-oriented person.
- Knowledge of English at conversational level;
- Driving licence for category B.
- Willingness to travel to company sites.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizes, coordinates and evaluates the activities of execution of works and contracts at company level, making proposals for optimizing activities;
- He monitors the execution of the company's works in accordance with the provisions of the execution documentation, standards and legislation on quality, environment and occupational health and safety;
- Develops the annual objectives of the department in line with the company's strategy and development directions;
- Coordinates the preparation of the annual Income and Expenditure Budget at department level, based on the portfolio of contracted works and immediate contracting prospects;
- Analyses the final results of the contracted works and the fulfilment of the BVC;
- It monitors the cash-flow of projects in execution and knows the current situation of receipts and payments;
- Organizes and participates in meetings with representatives of existing or potential beneficiaries in order to identify collaboration opportunities;
- Maintains correspondence with the beneficiaries of the works, draws up and transmits the General Contractor's contractual claims.
