THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Graduate of the Faculty of Construction;
- Relevant experience in coordinating site works;
- Willing to travel;
- PC operating knowledge;
- Driving licence category B.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures the direct management of the works execution activities;
- Tracking the execution schedules;
- Management, coordination and distribution of equipment, logistics, resources depending on the needs of the site and the project stage;
- Coordination of the activity of subcontractors;
- Coordination of the supply and mechanization activity;
- Evaluation and periodical reporting until the completion of the project, verification of the executed works;
- Maintaining the relationship with the authorities in the construction field and with the collaborators;
- Monitoring compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force in the field of constructions, labor, OSH, PSI, Environment;
- Verification of the existence and correct completion of the documents from the construction book;
- Tracking and correcting possible nonconformities;
- Is responsible for reporting the realizations for the monthly settlement of the production executed by the construction site, according to the physical stages recorded and confirmed by the beneficiary.
