THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Higher education in the technical field;
- Relevant experience in tendering;
- Knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel), knowledge of estimating programs (preferably Intelsoft), knowledge of technologies for the execution of construction-assembly works;
- Knowledge of English at medium level;
- Communication, negotiation, planning and team spirit skills;
- Active, results-oriented person.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Studying the specifications in order to know the requirements that the tender must fulfill and to detect possible omissions, errors, inconsistencies;
- Requests for clarification of any omissions, errors, inconsistencies found in the specifications;
- Participation in the process of elaboration of the tender and its follow-up until the moment of award or rejection;
- Entering quotation items and their quantities in specialized programs;
- Identification of the main materials and equipment included in the offer, their technical characteristics and quantities;
- Drafting requests for proposal for equipment suppliers, analyzing the bids received and selecting the most convenient offers;
- Identifying the needs for construction equipment and means of transportation and drawing up requests for tender to suppliers;
- Preparing answers to the requests transmitted by the contracting authority;
- Participation in site visits.
