THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Studies completed with a bachelor's degree (technical higher education);
- Experience of at least 3 years in the bidding activity for senior level, for entry level without significant experience;
- Pc operating knowledge (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of foreign exchange programs (preferably Intelsoft);
- Knowledge of technologies for execution of construction works – assembly, capacity of analysis and synthesis;
- Knowledge of English at a medium level is an advantage;
- Communication, negotiation, planning and team spirit skills;
- Active, results-oriented person.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Studies the specifications in order to know the requirements that the offer must meet and to detect possible omissions, errors, inconsistencies;
- Formulates requests for clarification to possible omissions, errors, inconsistencies encountered in the specifications;
- Participates in the process of elaboration of the offer and its follow-up until the moment of awarding or rejection;
- Introduces the quotation articles and their quantities in specialized programs;
- Performs compliance with quotation norms for the lists of quantities with amalgamated items; calculates the offers with the help of specialized programs;
- Identifies the main materials and equipment that are part of the offer, their technical characteristics and quantities;
- Prepares requests for offer for equipment suppliers, follows their receipt, analyzes the received offers and selects the most convenient offers;
- Identifies the need for construction equipment and means of transport and prepares requests for offer to suppliers;
- Prepares the answers to the requests for clarification sent by the contracting authority within the required time limit;
- Participate in visiting the sites.
