THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Higher education in a technical field, preferably with a specialization in geotechnical engineering;
- Relevant experience in a similar management position in sales;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented and able to achieve sales targets;
- Team leadership and motivation skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to market changes;
- Fluent in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets;
- Managing and supervising the sales team, ensuring that it achieves its performance and objectives;
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships;
- Monitoring and analyzing the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities;
- Working closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and optimal coordination of activities;
- Managing key customer relationships and developing strong relationships with them;
- Developing and implementing commercial policies and procedures;
- Monitoring the performance of the commercial service and reporting the results to senior management;
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the processes and procedures used in sales activities.
