INOVECO SRL, the general contractor of the collective housing project in Bucharest, has realized the construction of a modern building S+Gf+2E+M, with underground parking, complementary functions and spaces optimized for urban comfort. The project aims to develop an energy efficient building, with a solid reinforced concrete structure, advanced thermal insulation solutions and technical systems executed to high standards. The building includes 12 housing units of various types and meets the criteria of safety, sustainability and functionality for today's urban communities.
