The investment represents the design and execution of all utilities necessary for the operation of the Transfer Station and the Tecuci Composting Plant, including all other necessary equipment, mobile machinery and containers, including all temporary structures necessary for the site.

  • Design phases PT+DE, technical verification, approvals, building permit agreements, technical assistance
  • Execution of works for objective 1 - Transfer station and composting station Tecuci

The objective of the investment is to build a platform on which specific constructive elements will be realized to give functionality to each station and to all the networks necessary for the activity. The interaction of the station with the environment will be monitored by means of 5 groundwater quality monitoring wells.

LOCATION DETAILS

The Tecuci transfer station and the Tecuci composting station are built in the same building, with common facilities and infrastructure. The transfer station and the composting plant Tecuci are built on a neighbouring site to the one where the non-compliant landfill Rates - Tecuci was closed, i.e. in the southern part of it. The site is located at the level of the terrace of the Barlad river meadow, more precisely the Rates canal at its intersection with the high agricultural terrace. The surface of the site is 48.649 sqm.

According to the zoning plan, the vicinity of the Tecuci transfer station and composting plant is as follows:

  • to the north: closure of the non-compliant Rates warehouse - Tecuci;
  • East: unproductive land;
  • to the south: unproductive land;
  • West: Canal Rates.

Access to the site is on the De259 road, located parallel to the Rates canal; the road connects the site to the DJ251 Tecuci - Matca county road. The nearest buildings are at a distance of approx. 200 m from the transfer station and the composting station.
