Rainwater drainage system:
· the rainwater on the soles will be collected by the 880 m long dalat-bottomed ditch at the base of the outer slope of the contour dams of cell No.1 with discharge through a collector in the rainwater retention basin.
· The rainwater on the platforms and the road on the premises will be collected by the 553.70 m long monolith with discharge into a reinforced concrete settling house after which the waters pass through a hydrocarbon separator and discharged into the rainwater retention basin.
Sewerage network household wastewater
Household waste water from the administrative building and intervention hall is purified in a containerized treatment plant with a capacity of 3.14 m3/day.
Sewerage network technological waters
Waters from inside the sorting station and the two soproanes are taken over by the sewerage network and discharged into the leached pumping station.
ADMINISTRATIVE ZONE
Includes: access gate with electromechanical barrier, weighing platform, wheel cleaning equipment, mobile fuel station, administrative building, machine intervention hall.
Administrative building
The built area is 202m2 and comprises offices, laboratory for testing samples and keeping analyses performed for wastewater, toilets, showers, changing rooms, control room, archive, secretariat and central thermal room.
Road precinct, platforms, parking lots, gutters, pods
Roads allow access to the cell as well as traffic to the targets located within thestation.
The road in the enclosure in length of 895 m and width of 6 m is made with a superstructure in thickness of 20 cm of road concrete Bcr4 and an infrastructure of sand 7 cm, ballast 25 cm and ballast stabilized 15 cm, being bounded by the concrete border 20×25.
Warehouse monitoring
To monitor the warehouse, 3 wells were executed monitoring wells with H=7m of groundwater quality, located as follows: two downstream of the direction of water flow and one upstream. From these wells, water samples will be periodically taken for analysis.
STATEMENT OF SORTING (PROJECTION AND EXECUTION)
The sorting station is a metal construction, height regime: ground floor, with built area of 1582m2 which is composed of a closed hall and two soproane covered and partially closed on a height of 2 m. Minimum useful height of 6.50 m.
From a functional point of view,the following areas are identified in the sorting room:
- Sort area consisting of 1 full sort line, including press;
- Manoeuvring spaces for equipment and transport machines: forklift or front loader, container transport machine.
Constructive features of the Sorting Station:
- Total built area Sorting station = 1,582,00 m2.
- Treatment capacity: 000 tonnes/year,
- A sorting line with 8 sorting stations (4 sorting stations on each side of the strip),
Fire-fighting network
The fire-fighting network consists of:
- PEHD water transport pipe 110 mm, length 216 m;
- a number of 2 above-ground hydrants Dn 80 mm per network;
- a fire reserve storage tank with a capacity of 100 m3;
- concrete house Dn100 4 pcs;

- metal container .
Road access to the site
The access road in length of 662 m, has km 0+000 to DJ 221 and ends at km 0+662 at the access gate in the sorting station. The intersection of the proposed access road with DJ 221 will be arranged by connecting with 12 m rays.
Drinking water bran
The water supply network is made of high density polyethylene pipe PEHD, De=110mm, PN10, being equipped with a valve home and apometer fireplaces.
The connection of the supply network of the sorting station will be ensured from the existing network – the high density polyethylene pipe PEHD, De=160mm , PN10, located next to the county road DJ221.
Electrical branatre to the zonal distribution network
The branist is composed of 3 poles fully equipped for connection to the existing network and crossing the county road, an underground power line of 20 KV in length of 720 m, and a trafo post .
Power supply network
The electrical distribution on the territory of the objective was made from TGD,to this connecting the distribution boards related to each area. The electric outdoor lighting installation is powered by the general TGD electric panel, by reinforced electric cable posed underground. The total length of the lighting network is 1,350 m. To provide the supply reserve of the pumping station related to the fire-fighting tank, a 35 kVA diesel triphase electrogen group was installed.
Constructions in which permanent activities are carried out are provided with safety lighting fixtures for evacuation, fire alarm and anti-fracking installation. The exterior lighting of the enclosure, consisting of 60 fully equipped poles. The electrical installation outside has provided a 40×4 mm 40×4 mm flat-length earthing belt. For the safety of electrical equipment, an internal plate 25×4 mm in length of 200 m has been installed.
In the area of the sorting station, a paratraznet system was installed attached to the outer earthing belt by means of separators.
In all spaces with permanent activity and in offices, laboratory, reception, a structured network of telephone and data was made.
