Inoveco team participated on September 26, 2023 at the International Symposium "Echoes of the 12th International Conference on Geosynthetics", organized by the Romanian Geosynthetics Association and the Technical University of Construction Bucharest (UTCB).
Our partners from Huesker, Concrete Canvas, Solmax and Afitexinov gave presentations at the event, some of them being the papers presented at the International Conference in Rome, which took place from 17 to 21 September 2023, just 5 days before the event in Bucharest.
Professor Kerry Rowe awarded Honorary Doctorate
The special guest of this event was Professor Kerry Rowe from Queen's University, Canada who gave two keynote lectures.
Professor Kerry Rowe is a leading figure in Environmental Geotechnology and Geosynthetics, with numerous achievements and international recognition.
At the proposal of the Department of Geotechnics and Foundations, the Senate of the Technical University of Constructions Bucharest approved that Professor Kerry Rowe be awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa, a ceremony that closed the event on September 26, 2023.
