METAL STRUCTURES FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
The mounting structure of the photovoltaic panels is made of lightweight materials and contains a mechanical fastening system. We can deliver standard and customized structures depending on the area and climatic conditions.
- The strength of the metal structures is calculated according to Romanian standards and respects the resistance of 200-250 kg/m2 snow and 0,5Kpa/m2 wind.
- The support structure of the photovoltaic panels is designed according to the legislation in force, but also according to the area where it is located.
- The screws and clamps are highly resistant to stress, giving stability and virtually unlimited warranty period without the need for auxiliary maintenance work.
- All the profiles used are made of structural steel, galvanized with double layer, therefore corrosion resistant, have a very low weight and a high resistance.
SUN TRACKER GUIDED PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL SYSTEMS
The classic photovoltaic system with fixed panels has a relatively low energy efficiency, approx. 21% of the energy received from the sun is converted into direct current, then through the inverter, into alternating current. Sun trackers can be used to increase efficiency.
The Sun tracker is a processor-based solar algorithm that orients the array of panels so that during daylight hours, the incidence of sunlight on the photovoltaic panels is maximised (north to south and east to west). At night, the tracker automatically returns to the sun's position at sunrise, starting the tracking run.
The photovoltaic panel system is driven by actuators powered by power supplies, in turn powered by 10W photovoltaic panels. One system can target and maximise the efficiency of 3 panel modules, depending on the actuator power, up to 5 kW, enough to power a household.
HYDROGEN FUEL CELL
A hydrogen fuel cell uses the chemical energy of hydrogen to produce electricity. It works like batteries, but unlike batteries, they will not discharge or require recharging and can continue to produce electricity while the fuel source (in this case, hydrogen) is supplied.
Hydrogen fuel cells offer a variety of applications, from transportation to stored energy for emergencies and can power systems as large as a power plant or as small as a laptop.
Life depends on many factors, from what it is used for to how the batteries discharge at different rates depending on the application. However, hydrogen fuel cell technology has the potential to be a completely green and renewable energy source, with the only by-products being heat and water.
