THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Higher education in economic profile;
- Experienta in activitatea de contabilitate (<2 ani);
- Accounting software operating knowledge – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central on Premises and NAV or SAP – is an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Up-to-date knowledge of financial-accounting legislation, taxation and management accounting;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, to comply with the deadline and to organize the workplace.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fill in the monthly cash flow of forecasted receipts-payments;
- Prepares monthly department stock report;
- Prepares quarterly insurance report;
- Prepares the weekly report Receivables-Debts and the turnover achieved vs. forecasted;
- Prepares lists of payment proposals to suppliers;
- Check the delayed clients weekly and send them warnings or notifications at the request of the agents;
- Keeps track of the contracts and guarantees of good execution granted;
- Making situations and reports requested by the director of the department or the economic director;
- Prepares the forecasted BVC (Budget of Incomes and Expenses) at the end of the year for the next year;
- Verifies quarterly the correctness of the registration of expenses and revenues allocated by department, by cost centers, projects;
- Prepares monthly consumption notes;
- Issues invoices, notices and minutes to customers.
